Below there are pictures from 95 day of my Camino: 25 km to Markina Xemein. That day the route left the coast and led into the mainland. Almost 1 700 m going up, and over 1 500 m down.
I left the Atlantic but acquire a lot of new friends :). Two silent girls that I saw in Zarautz, appeared to be Czechs! Both had the same name – Jana. One studied physics so we’ve talked about elementary particles, and Geneva.
Emillie – a young french woman of unusual beauty took a bed above mine. I proposed a half of melon. She refused. But… you know… a woman, she change her mind later 🙂
I ate a dinner with a romanian woman about my own age. We’ve talked a lot. She went from Irun to San Sebastian on the night along to motorway. Brave and amazing lady. Her’s name was Mauela.
But that was just a beginning 🙂 In the evening when I entered the main room, on my left sat an another amazing young woman. Suprisingly she appeared to be from Poland too! Then Jana brought me a beer. You know, can’t refuse to the lady 🙂 Then Emillie brought wine 🙂 And all of the rest you may be – I hope – able to read in my book. It was quite a day 🙂 Full of joy and at last I could talk to somebody in my own language, which I almost didn’t use for months.
